Well, with the 500 you can't just go for a pack based on one criteria. In the 500 you have limited space under the canapy, balance, and power to think about all at the same time. After flying a day with these new packs I am very pleased. Flying for 5mins of moderate 3d the packs come down cool and provide tons of punch clear until the end. The scorpian motor was happy to have the extra power at its disposal. I can't remember how much I was putting back into the packs, but I remember thinking I could get a bit more flight time and still be safe.
