Prior approval and an RMA # (returned merchandise authorization) are required for all Items returned to Ready Heli.
Items returned to Ready Heli without a valid RMA # will be refused.
Please follow the instructions below and include the following forms with your returned items:
Kontronik Contact us regarding your specific warranty claim by creating a customer service ticket accessed by clicking on the contact us tab. Once you have received a valid RMA #, fill out this form and send it with your return to the address below.
All Kontronik warranty returns require the service form filled out with a detailed explanation including helicopter setup and any components used.
*Items received without this information will be returned to the customer and not covered by warranty.
