US CUSTOMERS

Currently, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99. This may exclude some items, such as oversized items, or items sold at closeout price. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. Any items deemed combusible will be shipped Parcel Post within the 48 contigious states only. Most orders placed before 3PM EST Mon-Fri are usually shipped on the same day.
Shipping times range from 2-5 days. A specific delivery timeframe is not guaranteed. If your order is urgent and you need it fast, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

We offer international shipping to many countries. If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped outside of the US and your country is not listed in the drop-down selection, please contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation and payment arrangements. Please note that due to a high fraud rate from the following countries, we do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Singapore or Romania. Additionally, orders sent to Brazil and several other countries cannot be insured, therefore, we may limit the value of merchandise shipped to Brazil and other countries. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

If you have selected a freight forwarder to receive your package in the US on your behalf, Ready Heli is not responsible for loss or damage to your parcel once it has arrived at your freight forwarder. Please note- if your freight forwarder is located in Florida, you will have to pay sales tax. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.


SALES TAX

Orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.5%.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/ETC.

We can appreciate that you would like to save some money, but please do not ask us to mark your package as a “gift” or declare a value that is less than your actual purchase.  Should an item be refused at customs, any refund issued back to the customer will exclude the actual shipping & insurance costs. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please check with your country’s taxing authority for any questions you may have about taxes you may have to pay.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable timeframe, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your package at USPS.com using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account.
 
If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavidt and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf.

If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your packge and your package is returned back to us, you will incur additional shipping fees to resend the package out to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact immediately if you have made an error.


MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Change your mind? We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Ready Heli within 7 days of contact from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on certain items. Please E-Mail ahead for return authorization to get a RMA number. Packages without a Valid assigned RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused to the carrier. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Ready Heli in any way. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to sending items back. There are no returns on any Tools except in the case of a defect. If your order shipped free due to our free shipping offer and the total order falls below $99 after a return, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund/credit.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item(s) you wish to return is in-operable, it may be defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise normally need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Most of manufacturer defects found after the product has been installed or used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange; however, we suggest that you contact us before taking any action. Please do not attempt to self-repair a defective item, doing so will void your warranty and your ability to return the item.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please E-Mail or call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos if possible.

KONG POWER RMA & CRASH REPLACEMENT

Shorted Packs:

-If a pack shows no voltage at Anode & Cathode, or internal PCB board is shorted, there is no warranty expressed or implied.
-If improper balancing, soldering, or connectors are used to cause pack damage, there is no warranty expressed or implied.
-Ready Heli may elect to offer a 50% replacement on batteries one time, at our discretion.

Volatile & Crashed Packs:
 
-You must take photos of pack with wires cut off, with your name written on pack in sharpie permanent marker.
-Also you must submit the serial number off of the pack.
-If it's a voltage issue, you can send photo with readings from digital voltmeter from main plug and balance taps.
 
Customers may only receive one crash replacement per battery per this crash warranty.
The crash replacement discount is off of the regular price, not the combo price. No Exceptions.
