"up until last week or so I believe I had only placed one order with RH and I can say without a doubt that I wish I had done away with the raptors and align machines a year ago and gone mikado if for no reason other than the customer service. "I just wanted to let you know that you were correct. I have verified the motor KV with an airplane prop tach and it is 560kv. It appears that what happen is that the pinion I installed was supposed to be a 16 tooth. It turned out to have actually been 18 tooth.I am very sorry about all of the troubles. I know you worked on this on a Sunday. Thanks again Ready Heli by far has the best customer service in the industry.

"I would like to personally thank ReadyHeli for allowing Jaimie Robertson to fly their Mikado XXtreme at the Bessemer Funfly this past weekend. Why you ask ? ..... (keep reading)
I too am a proud XX owner. I had my XX with me at this funfly. My XX and the Ready Heli XX were the only two there. During a flight on my XX (no crash) the tail axle gears stripped and the heli started piro'ing. I was able to land safely, thankfully with no additional damage. I felt like this was an issue with the gear meshing from the factory and I wanted ReadyHeli to see it so they could report back to Mikado on it.
I walked down to the ReadyHeli tent with my XX and talked to Rich and Brandon. Those guys were AWESOME! They looked at it and promptly offered to fix it for me. This surprised me for two reasons:
1. This wasn't ReadyHeli's fault by any stretch of the imagination, and I only wanted to show them the issue. I wasn't expecting anything other than for them to see the issue and take note of it.
2. They said they had some gears that they could give me to replace the ones that stripped.
"Wow" I said, "You have XXtreme parts here?" They said "We do now!" as they looked at the XX that Jaimie crashed earlier.
Rich and Brandon then proceeded to remove the gears and give them to me. I couldn't have been happier.
Between the three of us we were able to determine that there is a defect in the way the tail gears mesh. There is play between the tail gear and the tail case allowing the gear to move out of the teeth. See picture.They also gave me the tail case they had removed from their XX and it did not allow any slop in the gear.
Overall it was a great experience with ReadyHeli. Rich and Brandon were awesome and I just wanted to formally say thanks to them, thanks to ReadyHeli, and thanks to the flying skills of Jaimie, without which I would not have been able to get spare parts! (I'm kidding of course, Jaimie is an awesome flyer!).

Flying Helis is my Focus but I'm all about Personalizing my Helis to make them 'mine'. ReadyHeli allows me to do this with their Decal Service and Offerings. Decals stay on if the surface is prepped properly. I've purchased A Lot of Decals from ReadyHeli and will continue to do so!"

"I needed some decals made and was going to use a local business. I decided to give ReadyHeli a try and I'm very glad I did. I had a design I wanted done and they digitized it and cut various sizes (any size I wanted really) for a very reasonable cost. Better yet, they are extremely good quality and on material my local shop could only dream of using. Like the reflective stickers used as blade "flash lites", Carbon Fiber, etc. very clean design and Applied very easily, they will last much, much longer than the blades and canopy they are on!
