Prior approval and an RMA # (returned merchandise authorization) are required for all Items returned to Ready Heli.
Items returned to Ready Heli without a valid RMA # will be refused.

Contact us regarding your specific warranty claim by creating a customer service ticket accessed by clicking on the “contact us” tab. Once you have received a valid RMA #, you will be required to fill out this formand provide a picture like the example provided here;
