Warranty Information:
ReadyHeli.com will not carry products which have manufacturers that do not stand behind their products. We are also authorized dealers of everything we sell, so you can expect no hassles with warranty issues.

Readyheli.com is not a warranty repair center or manufacturer for any of the RC products we resell. Your products are subject to the individual vendor's warranty & repair policy. Readyheli assumes no liability either expressed nor implied for any manufacturers defect, or damages as a result of use or misuse of their products.
 
Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer/distributor discretion.
If you need any assistance in contacting the manufacturer or are having problems getting your issue resolved, please e-mail us and we will help you get your issues taken care of.

Items returned to Ready Heli without a valid RMA # will be refused.

Kong Power 90 Day Warranty & 50% Crash Replacement Policy


For Crashed Packs:
 
-You must take photos of pack with wires cut off, with your name written on pack in sharpie permanent marker.
-Also you must submit the serial number off of the pack.
 
Customers may only receive one crash replacement per battery per this warranty.
The crash replacement discount is off of the regular price, not the combo price. No Exceptions.

For "Bad Cell" and "Weak Cell" Packs:

-You must send us your battery (you pay shipping) to us for evaluation. We will make the determination to repair or replace at our discretion based upon our testing. You may be required to pay a portion of the replacement pack, should we determine it was not properly cared for.
-Packs that have been abused, over-discharged, neglected, or poorly soldered will not qualify for warranty replacement.

-Promo and/or freebies which have be issued at events do not qualify for any warranty services.

DO NOT SEND US A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY IN THE MAIL!!!
