Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer/distributor discretion. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Mikado V-Bar returns must fill out this form and include it with a copy of the purchase receipt and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. A copy of your receipt can be obtained thru logging into your account. Please only return the unit to be tested for warranty/repair. Please do not ship the CD, Cables, or manual.
